ED Laws
Every state has created its own laws on special education. States have generally used federal laws as the foundation for new laws. Federal money is continuously given to states for the purpose of special needs students. The Federal government often requires states to outline the specific conditions for money allocations. States have also set up their own specific and tailored legislation on special education. Many states have their own requirements for schools and programs that desire state resources and money. A few significant and successful state laws will be provided in this section, but this is by no means an extensive list.
